The on ein the original post, of course, is 
Saitou during the large scale battle in part 2 
of tsuiokuhen...he's only briefly shown in the 
OVA at all, and this one is special since he's 
gripping his bloody katana ;b.

The one above is okita right at the end of the 
OVA, as he's beginning to run towards kenshin.

My third Kenshin OVA cel is a tomoe one that I 
don't have scanned.
