If the seller never mentioned in the auction that
they were "pirates" or "bootlegs" and the buyer
purchases them under the impression that they were
originals, then the seller IS 100% reliable for
copyright infringement and fraud. Paypal will
side with the buyer 90% of the time when the
seller has broken the US Federal Copyright Law.
In Paypal's Buyer protection policy, if you do NOT
receive an item, or if the item you receive is
completely different than what was advertised (if
it didn't mention "bootleg", then it is to be
considered original), then the buyer is protected
so long as they used their confirmed mailing address.
If that doesn't work, then file a dispute with
your cc company and turn the seller in to the
licensed copyright owners of the media. They are
starting to do a clamp down now on sellers and
distributors of infringing media. So your chances
of getting them is much higher now.
