This usually applies to seller misrepresentation
and not the ignorance of the buyer. Paypal won’t
refund you monies just b/c you file a complaint
simply due to the fact you failed to exercise
caution prior to bidding. I.e. asking seller
questions re: if it’s a licensed release etc. Onus
is on the buyers to protect themselves not paypal
or any other payment form.
