What do you think about Yahoo sellers banning people from bidding? (Mon Oct 20 23:49:05 2003 )

Some days ago it happened to me that I could not
make a bid on a cel I really wanted to have
because my bid was permitted. I was bidding from
an own YJ account with many auctions won and only
positive feedback, and transaction is done via a
deputy service so that there are no problems
because I live in Europe.
I was told, it looks like that the seller does
not like deputy services, and so he is banning
all accounts from deputy services and all
accounts that are in connection with them.
It was really frustrating that the cel I wanted
to buy was gone without a bid and I could not do
anything.

And things are going from bad to worse in another
auction, where I got this translation: "it has
refused the bid in the direction of overseas --
even if payment and dispatch are domestic
again ... a successful bidder In overseas living,
I will consider as cancellation." I think this is
really racial discrimination, if I am not even
allowed to buy something via a local person (and
there would be no problems with shipping and
payment, so nobody tell me this is the reason for
the restriction).

I am really angry about such sellers. I am just
feeling like a leper, but I hope there are only a
few of these crazy sellers, because I did good
experience with many others.
