Thanks for your thoughts.  I really appreciate 
them as it's always good to get someone else's 
opinion because it's quite possible for someone 
to miss or not notice something until the money 
is spent...or even worse, not realize something 
about a cel until a few months down the road that 
an experienced cel collector would notice right 
away.
