In my opinion, if I were to judge the goodness or 
badness of this cel by how *I* collect:

GOOD
----
1. The main point of the cel (her face) is nicely 
centered.
2. No line fading and paint seems to be in good 
condition.
3. No weird inbetween expressions (ie: eyes half 
closed in the middle of blinking, etc) and her 
expression is "in character".
4. She appears to be cooking, which is one of the 
big running jokes of the character.

BAD
----
1. Cel is not from a recognizable scene. (For 
Ranma 1/2, I generally collect only scenes I 
remember clearly *without* having to check my 
tapes.)
2. Cel has no background. (There are exceptions, 
but I mostly collect only complete cel setups 
from Ranma 1/2.)
3. The chin bothers me. (It looks almost like 
she's turning her head too far.)
4. I already have a cel of Akane. (Since I collect
very little from Ranma 1/2, I usually don't double
up on characters.)
5. Akane is alone in the cel. (Because I collect 
so few Ranma 1/2 cels, I prefer ones with multiple
major characters.)

But my (or anyone else's) reasons for liking or 
disliking this particular cel could be completely 
different from why you like it.
