Everyone's good replies have answered the 
questions pretty good. Definitely sounds like 
your transaction is close to being ready, ^_^

As for someone with a bad report I honestly 
think you'd have to send agggresive email after 
email to point of abuse to someone before they 
would deal like that. And honestly I heard 
someone say almost the same thing about another 
deputy on another forum that's not even for 
anime of all things.

I myself am very appreciatetive to the point of 
feeling guilty that I am actually getting such a 
good transaction that I wish I could send a 
bonus to the Deputies. I thank Sato and the 
other Deputies who have been more than kind
