Toru has been very reliable.  Sometimes it takes 
him a while to get things together, but he 
usually tells me it's because he needs to wait 
for the stuff to arrive first (of course) and to 
calculate the total.  But I've had no problems 
dealing with him at all, although the commission 
charges and stuff really add up fast, I've 
learned ^_^*
