It juz happened to me on Yahoo JP...the price was 
gd n the seller shipped internationally. I could 
haf bought it but I didn't...and now I'm still 
thinking abt it. In fact, I still do think of 
cels which I din purchase years ago! 
But hey, looking on the bright side...from my 
experience, there will ALWAYS be cels tt I want 
to buy popping out. Cels tt I want at, say, once 
every 2 months? So to keep my finances healthy, 
I've decided to be very selective....saving up 
for the right one tt comes along. :)
