How do you get rid of that humidity rainbowing?  
Separate the layers I suppose?

One of my recent acquisitions is suffering from 
it.  I thought it was a little odd, but didn't 
realize it could damage the cel.  Of course, the 
layers are hopelessly stuck, which is why I 
didn't do anything about it in the first place...
