Yes...They'll be for sale.  They have hundreds of 
AIC Hanken cels.  I was going ot buy the 
Tenchi/Ryoko wedding hanken...But it ended up 
being too costly.  Also, about half(or more) of 
the hankens had minimal to SERIOUS water damage =
(.  I treid to explain to the owner while meeting 
him, but it seemed he didn't care too much -.-~!

The hanken cels will also cost you a LOT.  They 
range anywhere from $1500-$7000.  And the $1500 
hanken cels might be something like a Moldiver 
hanken with one character.  All up on that page 
are over the $3500 mark.
