Don't worry --;!  You're not the only one.  I've 
done the same thing to at least 2 cels, both of 
which weren't cheap either ;b!  In both 
instances, I was removing the sticky tape near 
the registration holes.  $*@)!_*!$*N! sticky 
tape!  I wish I could show you the cels in 
question, but I'm still scanner-less ;_;!   Sigh, 
sometimes I wish animation cels 
could 'regenerate' like 'real cells' (Yes, that 
was a very bad joke!)!
