well i have about 16 cats (o0 not even sure
anymore!), so i know how you feel =^-^=. i've
been fortunate (i guess, anyways) enough to only
have to have one kitty have something seriously
wrong with her, but she was my favorite and one
of the lot that we'd had the longest. she had
kidney failure, and her body wasn't collecting
any water, so she sat in a little puddle of water
all of the last days of her life. i remember
crying and laughing at her, both just came when
she looked at me from her puddle and meowed.
unfortunately there was nothing that could be
done, so we had her put to sleep. but that was a
long time ago, and it was a different problem. i
know that people that have pets but dont really
see them as part of their families think its
nuts, but it really is hard when you love your
animals like your family. it's hard to find out
they're sick, and i'm sure that it's the same
worry that a mother has for a child even when
they have surgery, i know i felt awful when my
doggie had surgery a couple months ago after
being hit by a car. i'm keeping your kitties in
my thoughts, and i hope that all goes well for
both of them now and in the long run.
by the way, did i say that the picture of clive
is the absolute most adorable cat picture i've
ever seen?
