I have seen many of this place's cels marked as 
having had their trace lines touched up. I would 
think that if you ask politely, they will 
definitely answer your mail. ^_^  They always 
answer mine.

However, I wouldn't just send them a mail asking
"is it real?"  I would ask about the specific 
things that are bothering you -- like the intact 
trace lines.
