Hi

I don't know if any of u has noticed this 
before.... and I'm kinda perplexed by it. Why 
would a seller put a higher starting bid after a 
series of relisting of a cel that no one bidded 
upon?? I haf noticed this on YahooJP several 
times and different sellers do it... and there is 
no reserve price previously. It is the same cel 
and no one bought it...so u put an even higher 
starting bid?? @_@ Seems to defy logic if u ask 
me...

Any clues anyone? :)
