I was talking more along the lines of on-line cel
dealers, I guess I shouldn't be so broad in my
response o_O;

I have never been to an actual cel shop, I always
thought that most of them sold anime-related
merchandise as well?  I could see how the ones
that rely on cels for the majority of their income
would be unable to stay open.  When the good cels
are hard to find and they have to invest a high
amount just to get them it probably isn't worth it
in the long run.
