Several shops in Japan already closed or stoped 
selling cels : Even if collectors are usualy after 
older or rare cels, shops still need to have large 
quantities of new cels coming-in regularly else 
they can't sell a large enough volume to survive. 
(and people visit them less because they don't 
have enough new cels regularly)
