I don't call 99 cents unreasonable. If you took 
a look at the auction at all, that was the 
starting bid. It was Buy It Now that was high 
($300), but hmmm the bid is now up to $199.99. 
So its really just the bidders that decide the 
price. Majin Vegita is very sought out, 
especially this scene.
