Well, I have to admit I am usually against 
fancels because I think there is a risk that 
some people end up selling one of those saying 
it's a real production cel... 

but I would exceptionally like to have one 
fancel made. I have a big screen capture, and 
would like to find a good artist that would make 
it (and the background as well if possible) for 
me. I precise that it seems highly difficult to 
be made as there are many small areas of 
different colors, and the expression of the face 
is very delicate to reproduce - a real challenge 
in fact. Do you know who I should contact ?

And... SHOW ME your best fancels so that I can 
judge myself what those artists can do !
