Hmm...I put $250 as my max price on an item, with 
the original price of the item being $38.99.  I 
go back to the auction today and it's up to $128 
due to another person's bidding, despite my still 
being the top bidder by at LEAST a $100!

Geez...I've never experienced that before.  Now, 
while I don't paying that (my bank account weeps, 
though *wince*)  Does ebay increment that for 
you?  I assumed that if you had the highest bid, 
it would NOT increment like that.

Or has this policy always been there, and this is 
just my first experience with it?
