Certainly it's a vote of confidence for CCS 
collectors, though clearly the "high end" cels 
like these will always be the pricy items 
vs. "beer budget" cels like mine.  Even "middle-
end" cels, like the ones this rapacious minnow 
tries to steal in and nab now and then, seem to 
be appreciating sharply on the market.  

Example: I got my "Nude Bank" for something like 
8000 yen, and now I see that the starting bid for 
other unclothed Sakuras, even close sequence 
mates of mine, is 20,000 yen. 
 
So I'm looking at my modest clutch of nicer CCS 
pan cels with more respect, as if it might 
actually turn out to be an investment and not 
just a way of scattering my daughter's estate.
