I'm in the US; I deal with Canada, Australia, and 
Japan frequently, but I've never had a 
transaction with someone from Singapore. They 
want to buy some cels from me, and we're trying 
to figure out payment and shipping.

#1-- I don't do Bidpay, and they don't do Paypal. 
Does Singapore have an equivalent of an IPMO? I 
hate to ask them to send USD through the mail...

#2-- How reliable is shipping to Singapore? EMS 
looks like it's about $17 or so, and they're a 
bit balky about the price. There are cheaper, 
slower methods, but I don't know if they're 
equally reliable or less reliable than EMS. I 
know the USPS doesn't insure packages to 
Indonesia, but I need to ask about Singapore... 
what have others experienced?
