I agree.  Half of the value of a wishlist cel is 
the desire to have that "perfect" cel.  If you go 
into the cel and find that it has that slight 
imperfection, you may wish that you waited to get 
it.  The only exception to this rule is if the 
cel is so rare that it is unlikely to ever come 
up again or it is a one of a kind ie Hanken type 
cel.  Also, I agree with the repair price.  I 
have asked SR Labs in Los Angeles what their 
repair prices were for cels, and they were 
similar (200 dollar range).
