Hello 
I am for now in a dilemma and so I ask for 
advice. I have opportunity to buy a real 
wishlist cel for me, quite rare. Unfortunately 
it is an old serie and the cel has some paint 
loss I can see in the scan. 
As it is a really expensive cel, I would like to 
know if someone know a way to repare it or 
correct it. 
What is your opinion? would you  buy a wishlist 
cel with paint loss or wait for another one in 
better condition?
