Nah. 
CB cels have only eased to the extent that the 
entire cel market has eased (10-20%).
Besides the most active collectors have already 
amassed the cels they want and most of the cels 
listed recently have not been of the best quality.
I'd still be happy to spend hundreds of dollars 
on the "right cel".
