I put the cels in a new clear bag because i don't
want to put tape directly on the cel and a good
celbag is nearly invisible inside the frame.

BTW i have a little tutorial on my page, it's just
to explain how i frame my cels but i'm no pro.
It's entirely in german but i made lots of
pictures. The link is on my main page in the info
block.
