I am sure everyone knows this by now, but keep ALL
your e-mail transactions as records.  I still had
all the records that went on between us, including
the one that "gauranteed" its authenticity of the
cel (quoted on original post) as well as the one
where they admitted that they sold me a fake cel.
 That made the process go much easier and faster
for the CC company because it isn't a case of "he
said/she said".
