Yeh, those Kare Kano cels were from Mandarake.  
They were so rare, that when I saw them come up, 
I couldn't resist.  I suspect that a collector 
decided to give up his/her collection.  That 
would explain the number of cels that appeared at 
once.  Usually only one or two become available 
at any one time.
