While I cant agree with Sensei on the 100% free 
of gallery part, he is definately right on the 
rarity and the pricing ranges.
I would have to see the cel myself to quote you 
a price, but I know that I can tell you what "I"
would pay for it, and I have been fairly correct 
on most of my CCS pricing.
