Okay, I'm a bit steamed at this situation:

An unknown bidder attempts to outbid me on a 
particular cel.  We go back and forth up until 
the end of the auction and I decide that my limit 
has been reached and do not counter their final 
bid.  No worries, that's the name of the game 
when it comes to collecting popular series.

So, I'm thinking this cel has found a new home 
with a collector... until I get an e-mail saying 
the high bidder reneged and do I want it for my 
last bidding price.  

Has this happened to anyone else?  I wouldn't be 
upset if they cancelled all the high bidders 
previous bids and offered me my previous high bid 
before the anonymous bidder decided to be 
greedy.  But it irks me that someone goes into an 
auction and ups the price and then decides not to 
pay when they win.
