I'm a bit of a newbie to anime cels, and have a 
quick question.  I've looked around but I haven't 
been able to find a straight answer on this one.

   Some of my cels are in cel bags, and some are 
not.  I recently got a Itoya book to put these 
in.  Is it safe to place cels in this book 
without cel bags?  Will the paint eventually 
stick to the paper sheet, or since it's archival 
safe will they be okay?  Thanks in advance!
