I did purchase once of her cels, paid for it on 
Feb 22, and received the cel a little over a 
week ago.  I did email her, asking that she try 
to send the cel soon, as I wanted to include it 
in an up and coming gallery update.  And a few 
days later she sent me a quick reply saying that 
the cel was in the mail.  I would have faith in 
her, and that your cel will be mail soon; as in 
the few emails that I have received from her, 
before and after she started her sale, she has 
never come off as someone who is not honest and 
sincere in her dealings.

But as E stated, yes I can see how a month's 
wait, in dealing with an unfamiliar person can 
cause a little concern.  ><
