Just to answer your question. Yes you are not 
alone, but I have heard from her. No, I haven't 
received my cels yet. And yes, she will probably 
send them out today (Sat.) your time..This is 
what she told me anyway. So, you may still have 
some wait ahead.

 I paid on the Feb. 21st.. It is closing in on a 
month, so being concerned about it is quite 
natural.
