I have gone for nearly 5-6 months without buying a
cel.  Most of my funds went into sketches.  Good
thing about sketches is that you can find the
nices "A Grade" shots for a fraction of the price
they would be as a cel.  Unfortunately, as my
boyfriend has told me, a cel is more useful
because you can always display it, but not a
layout or genga.
