multiple sweatdrops

The computer I use was rigged by my university so 
that I can't download shareware onto it.  
Evidently some faculty were caught downloading 
pirated proprietary software, and part of the 
settlement was that the univ. would make sure 
that it wouldn't happen again.  I asked them to 
give me the standard pop-up-blocker that the 
univ. had contracted for, but that's evidently 
pretty wimpy because I didn't see any difference 
at all.

Thanks for the info, though.  I'm sure it will 
help other people.
