I started collecting cels, because of my Sailor
Moon   toy collection.  
I wasn't online back then and used Toy Shop
magazine to call toy dealers.  The friendly folks
at Splashpage didn't have any toys, but they took
my name and phone #.  A couple minutes later they
called and asked if I would be interested in cels
from the series.  The next thing I know, I'm
collecting toys and cels.
