Sorry for the late response, Slims. I've bought
cels several times from sadsblood through YJ, and
though I'm no expert, the ones I've bought have
been great. In fact, I won the Spike cels you
posted that were second from the right. 

I've noticed that you can often get really great
deals on 2-cel lots. The prices don't seem to
double, like you'd think they would. At least
that's the way it's been lately. Plus the prices
on Bebop cels, at least on Spike and Jet, have
been kind of  uneven lately (keeping in mind I've
only been collecting Bebop since October, so
"lately" for me is the last three months!) unless
it's a real close-up.
