...although, if anyone were to EVER find
production stuff from "After School in the
Teacher's Lounge"(particularly the first
OAV...the character designs changed between the
two (yet more proof that production of this
animation is not the best), and the first OAV
looked more Koide-esque), then you're my new best
friend :D I've been looking for art from that
since, oh, FOREVER. It was based off of a manga
short story by Meiko Koide, one of my all-time
favorite mangaka (I'm still angry I missed an
Escaflowne doujinshi by her on eBay). She's
responsible for Yatteranneze!...which I suggest
ALL yaoi fans check out. Here's some scans to
whet your appetites:

That's a directory...stuff's kinda out of order,
sorry ^^;; Oh,yeah, and Koh Akizuki helped XD
And this came before Gravitation, so the
whole "red/pink haired boy likes older blonde
guy" thing is not a copy off ^^ These are all
from the first four volumes...the art improves
drastically (since this manga, being seven
volumes, was published over a few years), but
it's still wonderful in these early volumes! :D
The smaller boy is Hiroya Fujimoto, and the
blonde bishy would be Takashi Masaki ^^ And that
evil eeeeeeevil black-haired mand wHo's trying to
steal Hiroya would be Kanae Seita (he's the
boyfriend of Takashi's older brother, Chisato.
That's why it's so scanadalous that they're
sleeping together. And doing it at Chisato's
apartment, no less...). One of the few yaoi
series out there to confront AIDS and
HIV...::wishes she could find some type of
artbook from it::

Also, if anyone EVER sees art to "Kaze to Ki no
Uta"...I'll offer anything. Takemiya Keiko -is-
my favorite mangaka (being the mother of shounen
ai and yaoi, how could she not? Click here to see some of her -breath-
taking- art. It makes me want to cry.) and I just
adore that series (again, the manga is better,
but whaddya gonna do? I suppose it's impossible
to compile 17 volumes into one OAV, but they did
a decent job, all things considered...better
than "Fish in the Trap")

OK, ANYWHOO, moving on, I don't have very many
pieces from yaoi shows as much as I seem to have
art of yaoitic characters, such as Aburatsubo and
Raphael. BUT, I do have one FAKE cel...it was my
first cel, too :D Isn't he pretty (in other
message)?

Sorry if I sound snobby...I realized I must sound
incredibly pretentious. I'm not, I just prefer
yaoi manga, because it has more space, in a
sense. And I feel that yaoi OAV's are horribly
under-funded and not given the same production
criteria that everything else is. Bah, there's no
way I can make it sound -not- horribly
judgemental and pretentious, so I'll shut up now -
.-;;

Dragon Knights wallet::
