Hi everyone,

 My questions is how can I remove the "oxidation" 
from my cels?? I have included a pic to show you 
what I am talking about. I have tried the Non-
static cel cleaner from croma-colour.com and that 
does not work. PLEASE, Please any ideas, 
suggestions anything would be of a great help.
