I would LOVE to see you do a Love Hina fancel!  
While it's not a pretty anime persay, like 
comparted to the AMG movie, it's very well done.  
One of the smoothest and cleanest series to 
date.  All the art is just perfect, no weird legs 
or hands or funkyness with eyes being too far 
apart.  <---art snob

Hmm, Vandread is also really nicely done, from 
the same people who did Nadesico.  And, if you're 
really intent on pretty fancels...there's always 
the VHD movie...^_~  Oh yes, one more that I 
adore is Angel Sanctuary.  Just gorgeous, and all 
CG, so there are no cels. :(
