Graymouser- To start, I think I'd go to Kinko's, 
Office Depo, Staples, or *enter copy store of 
your choice* and make a nice photocopy of your 
cel with no resizement. It shouldn't cost too 
much. Then when you find someone who can make you 
a nice correction layer, you don't have to worry 
about not having a sketch.

It's not a solution, but a start. ^_^; Now you 
just need to find that someone with a steady hand 
and a pen. ~_^
