Hi I was just wondering if someone can help me 
out with this little problem. There is this Cel 
that I would like to get, but it has lot's of 
line fading. I saw before on this forum that 
someone made or had someone make a correcting 
line layer to fix their Cel. Does anyone know 
someone I can trust to do this for me or who that 
person was? Any help would be appreciated thanks.
