A one-of-a-kind, studio-made repro, yes, but 
since it's not used during production, but 
REproduced for our consumption, it is a repro 
nonetheless ^^ I'm one of those freaky people who 
loves to see what they own *on-screen* (half of 
me buys this because of the production 
value...not because "it's art" or such...if I 
wanted to collect stuff that was just art, I 
certainly wouldn't have chosen this hobby XD The 
intrigue of owning something used to create 
animation is really what gets me).

However, I do hafta say I kinda like the idea of 
one-of-a-kind repros, as long as they don't 
charge as much as production cel values.
