Well, now that many studios have decided to 
go CG on  anime...

Anyway, I stumbled into this site

handpainted cel made, and comes with 
production douga...  copy background...  high 
quality cel with collectors in mind...etc.(see 
description; there's an English page too)

I'm emailing them for more details, but what 
do you guys think?
