I've experienced that as well.  I started out as 
a Sailormoon collector and went after face shots 
primarily; I was hoping to get at least one cel 
of every main character.  Now I'm pretty 
satisfied with my collection, and I rarely feel 
the need to add to it (*ahem*--except for the two 
new cels from Christy's collection and a Siren 
cel that's on the way...^^;)  A Sailormoon cel 
has to be pretty special before I'll consider 
going after it these days.

One thing I've noticed though, is that I have 
relaxed my "face-shot" only rule (I have the ones 
I really liked), and sometimes I'll get a cel if 
I feel the pose is cute, or if it's a funny 
scene, or whatever.  

I've pretty much moved on from Sailormoon to 
Utena, though.  I still love my SM cels, but my 
focus has definitely shifted.
