Many years ago, most cels including the very good 
ones are indeed cheap selling for $10 anyway.  
When the Sailor Moon and Dragonball cels first 
released by Toei Studio, $10 will get you a great 
looking cel with background.  Now they worth more 
than 10-20 times easily.
