Yeah, I know what you guys mean.
I just took a partially stuck sketch properly 
off. The paper tore a tiny bit, but over all the 
drawing is intact, I did it with a plastic knife, 
and just eased through the stuck parts. It leaves 
a tiny bit of paint residue on the sketch.

That is impossible to avoid however, and the two 
layer cel is in good condition still.
