I guess I don't understand what you mean when you 
say get to the root of the cel's problem.

I also would love to know approximately what 
their prices are. . . I have at least one damaged 
cel (before it got to me) that I'd love to have 
fixed. But I'm not willing to put, say, even $100 
into fixing it. Given that I wouldn't want to pay 
much, I don't really feel justified to bother 
them - know what I mean? ~_~;;
