If you have read an earlier post regarding 
Animation Master in France.  Yeah, the IPMO to 
France is a different type than the one to 
Japan.  This type of IPMO takes up to 6 weeks.  
If you're indeed ordered something from Animation 
Master, well, you should wait for a bit since 
he's going to set up a Paypal account soon.  At 
that time, just use Paypal instead, although the 
fees can be more expensive if your order is large.
