Hi!

Sorry this isn't exactly cel related although it 
does concern payment for a cel ^_^ .  I was 
wondering if anyone here has bought an IPMO that 
needed to be authorized before sent out to 
another country? (In my case, France).  How long 
did it take for the IPMO to arrive?  I have never 
bought an IPMO that had to be authorized by a 
separate agency so I'm curious to hear others' 
experiences.  (I've only sent IPMOs to Japan, and 
fortunately those can be directly bought).  Is 
this pretty common for some countries?  Does it 
actually take 4-6 weeks like it says?  Thanks!
